iPhone X doesn’t ring or sound for text or calls in early morning

Hello, I have iphoneX. In the morning the calls or texts do not make sound. If I get up and send text or call all subsequent incoming call/text then makes sounds through the day.

I checked the silent button is not on and made sure Do Not Disturb is not engaged. I have made sure I am on most current update and powered off. I did not use the factory reset option because I’m afraid I will lose info.

I need my phone to ring or sound off for texts in middle of night or morning. Not sure what else I can do. I’m an “on call” employee so it’s critical for my job.
