my screen is convex on the side of the device and the interior is visible because of this, is this bad? It is not possible to put it back because then it will shoot back? I also notice that the device is regularly very warm

Are you saying that the screen is separating from the enclosure?
If yes, we recommend that you have that addressed by checking the service options that are available for your country or region.
If your screen is not separating from the enclosure, it is expected that your device might get warm in certain situations.

Is not only hot when the iPhone is on charge, it look like my glas is create two scretsh because of it. After pushback my screen on the body it lift up again. My iPhone is more than three year old, the battery is not older than two years, is it wearth to repair?
You should take that in for service immediately and not charge the phone. It could be a battery issue from age, damage, etc.
Time for a new phone.
