Time Capsule as remote network disk?

while I am waiting for a new NAS server/hardrive, is it possible to connect my old Apple Time Capsule to my Linksys Velop router for Time Machine backups?

Yes.......IF.......

1) The Time Capsule is configured to operate in Bridge Mode

2) The WiFi function of the Time Capsule is turned Off

3) The Time Capsule is connected to one of the Velop routers using a wired Ethernet cable connection. Connect from one of the Ethernet ports on a Velop router to the "O" Ethernet port on the Time Capsule.

The Time Capsule will not really be a "remote" device, since it will be connected to the Velop network.
