Please do not post twice for the same issue as it just causes confusion and wastes the resources of the volunteer contributors.
The glass Bezel appears to be cracked. As long as there are no graphical artifacts on the screen, then you could put a piece of black electrical tape over the cracked spot on the Bezel. Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider will just replace the entire Display Assembly which is very expensive (at least $550+ US). Having Apple replace the Display now or a few years from now when the cables behind the break become damaged will cost the same price (assuming the parts have not increased in price).
I have successfully replaced the glass Bezel which costs just $15 US for the part, but this is not something an average user or even an average repair tech can do as it is a very tricky repair due to multiple delicate easily damaged cables located beneath the Bezel. I'm only able to do the Bezel replacement due to many years of learning to work with Apple's glass & adhesives (it takes lots of practice not to damage anything). Plus even installing the replacement Bezel is a bit tricky to get it properly aligned. The Bezel is extremely fragile and can easily break when handling it. If you would watch me do the Bezel replacement it would look easy, but trust me I've learned a lot of little tricks to do it relatively safely.

The easiest and least expensive option is to cut a piece of black electrical tape to cover the cracked area of the Bezel.
I don't recommend any regular user or even an inexperienced tech performing a Bezel replacement, but if you can find a tech who knows what they are doing, then a Bezel replacement is an option. Keep in mind that the technician may damage the LCD Panel requiring an expensive replacement anyway. Of course what you do with your own laptop is completely up to you as long as you accept the responsibility if something goes wrong. Otherwise you should stick with the expensive Apple authorized repair.
okay and should I change the whole screen or just the glass bezel
