Can't access iTune Store in Music app, 8/13/21

"Show iTunes" is checked in preferences but there is still no way to access the iTunes Store. It does not show in the left column and there is no "Account" heading in the top menu.



MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

I deleted the .plist file in the User>Library>Preferences>com.apple.iTunes.plist (and one file that was similar but said .eq.plist) and that corrected the problem.
