I can’t find device management in general

Device management options on iPhone only appear under Settings > General > Profiles when there is a device management profile installed. Do you see this section?

If you're not seeing the Profiles section, you'll have to configure your iPhone for mobile device management by installing a profile. Contact the IT administrator of your organization for more information.
