My m1 mac mini will not work with acer b206hql monitor

Is the following Acer the one that you have?

If it is, then it only has VGA, DVI inputs and I would try an Apple USB-C to DVI multi adapter.

I suggest contacting Acer customer service. They should know how to address this issue.
