When will my Macbook be delivered

I have ordered MacBook Air on August 11, 2021 but the order still says it is "Processing", and expected delivery date is 17th to 19th, my amount has been deducted. Will I get my order on time, or should I contact the customer care?

Contact Apple Support:

If this were me, then, by the criteria you have provided, yes, I would contact customer care (Apple Support). Be certain you have the order number handy, when calling Apple Support. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to your order information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Order Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
