I haven't just set up my phone or a new iPad? Could someone being hacking my phone or computer?

I have received the notice Your Apple ID is now being used for iMessage and FaceTime on a new iPad. I don't have a new iPad. It also said this was being used on my MacBook Pro and my iPad.
