Hey I deleted some photos and need to get them back

how can I get my recent deleted photos

If you delete a photo it goes to your recently deleted album. You can recover items from there. If you deleted items from the recently deleted album, they are now permanently deleted. You could restore them from a backup made to your computer or from the cloud if you do NOT use iCloud photos.
