The serial number of my mac is not valid? Im in Factory Reset at the moment.. i only found at the back of my macbook. Is that enough?

Verify you are not mistaking a zero for the Letter 0, you can not discern this so easily from the back print.


If you have other access on-line, you can copy and paste off the support page, if in doubt:

https://support.apple.com/my-support



Apple does not use Letter O for this reason. If you copy and paste into plain txt, it will make the distinction clear
