its not working
iPhone XS shut off by itself. Now I have a restore message on the screen telling me to hook up to computer. Tried the update and restore and I get the error message 4013. Very annoyed. Please Help

Follow https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201444. If it still happens afterwards that means there is a hardware issue that needs serviced.
