Did tumgir give me a virus?

I ended up on a website called Tumgir that steals posts from Tumblr. It gave me a popup and I clicked something without thinking and ended up with a new calendar in the calendar app from the website. I deleted it, but did I unknowingly download a virus from the website? Please help, I’m worried.

Calendar spam is common from dubious websites and apps but that is as bad as it gets (unless you fall for the phishing or snake oil antivirus sales pitch) No viruses exist.

If any site offers "notifications" always say no
