Galaxy Buds BTS edition not working with AppleMusic App on Samsung Galaxy S20

Hi,

I bought for my daughter the Galaxy Buds+ BTS edition, but when trying to listen music on AppleMusic App, cannot hear anything. it works with other apps but with this one there is an issue (no sound at all). The app it works with wired earbuds. Is there any fix for this? Her phone is Samsung Galaxy S20. Thank you for your support in advance!
