Video lag Mac OS 11.5.2

hello, mac air 2015 updated to 11.5.2 this night, after that have problems with videos, in browser or on mac, audio is fine, and video is extremely lagging and half static

If you have not tried already, please restart the Mac. Does this help to resolve the issue? Often this simple step will refresh the apps and software on the device to solve numerous problems you may encounter.
