How do I restore the iPad mini 4 when I don't have a cable to connect it to the computer? I am stressing out because of it. Any help?

hi,

if the device is booting up normally you can try a factory reset - if not you will need a cable to factory

reset the handset unfortunately via recovery or dfu mode.
