My activity app does not show heart rate

when I do activity like outdoor runs or walks, the heart rate is not shown. Also the activity app shows chart unavailable. In the watch privacy it is enabled and it’s in top 5 parameters of each activity

See if you have workout power saving mode turned on,this turns off the heart rate monitor during a workout.
