I’m not receiving any notifications when receiving text messages when I’m wearing my Apple Watch 6

iPhone 11, iOS 14

That is by design. When you have your Apple Watch on your wrist and your iPhone is locked, then your Messages notifications will be delivered to your Apple Watch. This also works the same for other notifications that are setup to receive on your Apple Watch.
