I can`t set up my family sharing

when I try to set up my family sharing, there is a notice, that "cannot complete action. This action cannot be completed at this time".

How can I invite People to my Family?

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Try a forced restart.
