Can't find the share to email option in Pages 11.1
I read the answer someone posted but I can't find the share button that they mention. I was able to share to email until today. So frustrating.

If you are not using Apple Mail as your default Mail application, then Mail will be missing from this Send a Copy menu. Microsoft provides a Share menu item with Outlook if you have installed it.
Look in System Preferences > Extensions > Share Menu > Mail. Is it selected, or not? If Mail is selected, then you may have to rebuild the launch services database, which the operating system will do for you on a Safe Boot, followed by a normal reboot.
