permissions privileges
My permissions / privileges are changed for all my files and folders. I have tried to change back but not working.
iMac, macOS 10.12

No new installs. Files on my computer. I spoke with Apple support. They had no answer other than to back up my files and consider transferring to a new computer. Uhg.
After that call, I shut down all my apps and restarted. That seemed to reset everything and now all is working correctly and I can access my files again. Yes, I am going to get a new computer :-)
