The easiest way would be to use an AirPrint-enabled printer model (About AirPrint - Apple Support) and a Wi-Fi router.

If the printer is not an AirPrint model, you would need a special app (if at all available) from the printer manufacturer in order to print from an iPhone.

You connect the printer to the same WiFi network that you use for your phone.

Follow the setup instructions that came with the printer.
