My apple ID has changed it says. Not true. apple ID has NOT changed.

Trying to update apps. have installed Big Sur. message says I either didn't buy or Apple ID has changed. This is NOT true. MY Apple ID has not changed since forever, and although I did not use it much, I did have the whole suite.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.5
