Photos Not Syncing with iPhone

It sounds like you're having trouble syncing Photos content and we can help.

Do you use iCloud Photos on both devices?

Make sure it's configured to sync as seen here:

If sync is enabled on your Mac, what does Photos say at the bottom of the window regarding its connection and sync status?

Do you connect to VPN or some other special network settings?

If you are using iCloud photos to sync your devices - do you have enough iCloud space to sync your entire library? (The free/included storage in iCloud is only 5GB - which is not so large if you have a lot of pictures.)
