2x Camera doesn’t work, but 1x working
My Xs max 2x camera is totally blur while 1x capture beautifully. How this happen ? please help me.

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that the photo becomes blurry when you tap 2x to quickly zoom in on a shot using the Camera app on your iPhone, but it sounds like the photo is perfectly clear when using other zoom settings.
If we’re on the same page, try the steps outlined in “If the camera isn’t working” here:

Still not able to take a clear photo using the 2x zoom feature?
- Try a shot farther away.
- Test with both front and rear facing cameras.
- Try touching and holding the zoom controls, then dragging the slider slowly to see if it will manually adjust.
