I bought new iPhone 12 almost a month ago. It’s photos are very blurry, both on front and rear. Also, it discolours (dulls) the photos. My old iPhone 8 Plus is better than this phone. Is this problem is with everyone or is this problem with my iPhone?

Hmm, that should not be happening. It is possible that you have "filters" applied to your photos. See this:
