I can't connect my mouse to iPad

I have a wireless mouse, that I want to use on my iPad but I can't connect it because the connector I use a USB-A to Micro USB Cable and Micro USB to USB-C to connect my Mouse to my iPad.

But it doesn't recognize my Mouse. Could you help me as fast as you can. Thanks.
