How do I retrieve my contacts on my iCloud Drive?

i accidentally deleted most of my contacts on my phone, now I need to retrieve them. Is it possible for me to still get them back after they have been deleted?

Use an internet browser and log into www.icloud.com and then click "Account Settings" near the top middle of the screen. ON the Settings screen scroll down to the Advanced section and click "Restore Contacts."
