Hi,
The Dell B1160w does not appear to be a model supporting the driverless AirPrint technology. Therefore, we have to assume that drivers will be needed.
To begin with, it may be a good idea to reset the printing system. Does the operating system offer a suitable driver to use?

Dell has drivers for macOS 10.13 High Sierra at

You could perhaps check whether the macOS 10.13 software can be used under macOS 10.14 Mojave as well. Look upon this as an experiment. It may or may not work. Before testing drivers, make sure that you have backup copies of all important files (documents, photos, et cetera). Software conflicts cannot be ruled out.
