my iphone pro max 11 has started sending me notifications all the time that i need to watch a football mach and that i have 16 viruses and i need to visit a porn site. how can i stop this and solve the problem

How to Remove Calendar Spam:
In Calendar app, tap on Calendars and uncheck the ones you don’t recognise .
Then Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Subscribed Calendars, look for the problem calendar and delete it.

When a website next asks to send you notifications, special offers etc always say NO.

Always say no unless they are a trusted site.
