I'm having such troubles from sending pictures from both devices. I even restarted both devices still doesn't comply. sometimes, it sent through the download without notifying me if will allow it or not and sometimes, it said was canceled. I'm so confused on what's going on. please advise.

Try to do a hard reset on your iphone:
Press and hold both the volume down button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
