Where are you seeing this charge exactly?


If on your credit card monthly statement see here: link-> If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support


If you just received an email stating the charge, then make sure its actually from Apple, it most likely is a scam email. See here: link-> Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
