I can't get into my Apple ID and my iPhone has been stolen

Hello,

I can't get into my Apple ID and my phone has been stolen. When I try reseting the password, it says it will send a code to my old number which I don't have access to. I would really like to get help or my iCloud locked so that the person who stole the phone can't sell it.

Read the article 'Two-factor authentication for Apple ID' (click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT204915 ) thoroughly. Various sections contain information that is key to you being able to set up and use a different telephone to get a verification code you can use.
