Beats Flex

All of a sudden, my beats flex earbuds will not turn on. I have recharged and tried to reset. Almost seems like the button does not work. I have only had them 2 months. If I need to have service, where do I send them? Thanks Gail Zwicke

You can Contact Apple Support to set up a repair or replacement for Beats products. If you only purchased your Beats 2 months ago and there isn't any noticeable user damage to the device, your device should be in warranty.
