Accidentally deleted iPhone backup from PC.

So I tried backing up my iPhone 8 to my pc from iTunes and I ended up backing it up like around 3 times. Then I put my phone on recovery mode and restored it. When I tried restoring the backup to the phone, it said "iTunes could not backup the iphone because an error occurred while reading from or writing to the iphone." and I searched up a solution on YouTube and it said to delete the extra backup files. I accidentally deleted the backup file that I needed and know I don't know what to do. Is there any way the backup file could get recovered?
