Mac

On my Mac I downloaded a app and it doesn't show up in the Notifications.

I restarted.

I deleted and downloaded the app again.

I tried everything and It doesn't work.


Please help me out!

Some apps are directly installed. Many are placed in your Downloads folder and may have to be specifically installed. Look in the Downloads folder for the file. If it is not there, then check the Applications folder to see if it is there. You may have downloaded it twice.

I assume you mean where are the folders? To access the Downloads folder, first click on the desktop anywhere (to deselect any open apps) then you will find the link to it under Go at the top of your screen. The Applications folder is located by double clicking your Macintosh Hard Drive icon. Not to preach, but these are basics which need to be known. I recommend getting a good Mac book and teach yourself about this expensive computer you have purchased.
