Podcast artwork not accepted

I can't see anything wrong with the image - it fits all the paramaters (except that I can't check for head requests, but I can't believe that Buzzsprout wouldn't allow that.)

I can only suggest contacting Podcasts Support: https://itunespartner.apple.com/contact/?content_type=podcasts - tell them the image has been checked and fits the requirements. Possibly also Buzzsprout may be able to suggest something.

Apple's documentation implies you can show separate images in the manner you have in your feed, but I can confirm that this isn't happening. I can only check in Podcasts app on a Mac, not on iOS, but in 'Browse' after searching each image carries the overall image, and when subscribing nothing shows until you play, when the main image appears very small at the top. That in the past has been an embedded image in the media file, which you don't have.

So I can't really be very helpful. I suspect that this new Podcasts app, which replaced iTunes, just isn't behaving as it should, though I can't prove it.

The different covers do not appear when I listen to the episodes on the Apple Podcasts app (the proper cover should appear when I start an episode, correct?), instead I continue to see just the general podcast cover...

I read your replies on this forum yesterday and adjusted the parameters of all the covers, then I renamed them and uploaded them again, but still they do not appear on the App.

Please, could you help me?
