IPad Air Colour format

Whilst test images on my iPad Air appear to be almost normal any images with colour, particularly photos, appear to be almost negative in format - colours are very washed out/blurred. Photos are the worst. There was no deterioration or damage prior. It just happened.

can anyone advise how to fix this, other than to replace the screen or device?

Thanks,

iPad Air 2, iPadOS 14

Could you have accidentally turned ON Classic Invert on your iPad? Double Check. Open Settings ➔ Accessibility ➔ Display & Text Size: Here, ensure that both Classic and Smart Invert is set to OFF.
