I can't update my MacBook Pro to macOS high Sierra 10.13.16,it just shows calculating time and stays at 0 bytes out of 2.47GB. I have a good internet connection with a high speed.

Hi priyanshu245,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.

From your post, it looks like you have an issue with updating your Mac. You have reviewed the About the macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 Update resource. We want to help! You can attempt to update in safe mode.  Here’s how to How to use safe mode on your Mac.

Here are a few quick notes about safe mode:

- Safe mode often looks and responds a bit different than what you're used to.

- Safe mode does not load everything that normally loads during a regular startup.

- Safe mode is a bit slower while loading and during normal operation as well.

- These differences can be cleared-up by a normal restart.

If you are unable to update in safe mode. Restart and attempt again typical mode. Just booting into safe mode in and of itself can resolve some issues.

Reach out with any questions.

Best Regards!
