I have a Apple Watch series 6 running watchOS 7.6.2 where the rings are no longer reflecting the true activity.
In the morning when I wake my watch has not tracked my sleep properly and it has my stand ring registering 6 hours.
throughout the day my Move ring does not change.
I have updated and restarted both my watch and iPhone SE (2nd Gen) several times.
I have reset the fitness and calibration data.
what else should I try?

It turns out my Health Profile had me listed as being 11 lbs.
I had synced up to a new Bluetooth scale and when setting it up it must have changed my weight in the Health App…
