When I try and delete an app from the App Library the only choice I get is add to Home Screen or Share App. Why can't I delete?

Note that some built-in Apple apps cannot be deleted.
Also, there may be a restriction set on deleting apps. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.
