How can I display Workout metrics on my iPhone while working out? While outdoor cycling I would like to be able to look at my phone instead of my watch.

How can I add bicycling, weight lifting and other forms of movement exercise to walking, hiking and running to Apple Fitness app in iOS 16?. Within the fitness app on my iPhone, I could not find a way to add bicycling or other forms of exercise to the existing forms that are measured such as walking, hiking, and running. I would like to know if that’s possible, and if so, how.
