How to unlock my account

I want to unlock my account

change of password was required but still it’s locked

secondly, when I select the option to unlock using EmAil, I didn’t received any email.

See this support article: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If what is listed there fails, you’ll need to discuss this directly with Apple.
