At the moment I am in the USA and want to get an IPad. The thing is that I am a student from Germany. Can I still buy an Ipad by using this sale with my german student card? Is it possible?

Likely yes, however, if you plan on returning to Germany with the device, you should purchase the device there as the warranty for the device is only valid within the country in which it was purchased. So, a device purchased in the US would have no warranty in Germany.
