I forgot my password for Apple ID. Also, I don`t have access to the phone number I provided in Apple ID. I need to change my new phone number and reset my password as well. How can you help me out?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding, you forgot your Apple ID password but no longer have access to your trusted phone number in order to reset it, is that correct? If so, you'll need to start the account recovery process if you do not have access to any other trusted device.
