i deleted my apple id but forgot to signout from my iphone

After your account is deleted, you can't sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted.

If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple might be able remove the ID if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it. Since you deleted the ID, Apple may not be able to remove it.
