restore info from apple watch to new iPhone

I broke my iphone7 and cannot get any info from it (says it is disconnected). Seems all my info is on my apple watch series 3. When I buy new iPhone can I download info from watch to the new phone and how do I do this?

If you had a backup, you may be able to access that. Restore Apple Watch from a backup - Apple Support
