Yes you can get a replacement for just one airpod. They have different serial numbers one for the right and for the left. In the event you lose one then you would use the primary serial number printed on the box then you just confirm if you need the left or right one. You can call, chat, or schedule a apple support advisor to call you at getsupport.apple.com.
