Left AirPod not connecting

my left airpod not connecting with my iphone and not charging also. tried to reset by forget the device and again connected. but no use

B. Verify the Balance:

Go to: Settings
Tap: General
Tap: Accessibility
Scroll Down: to Hearing
Adjust: the audio volume balance
