Keyboard not working

My Smart Folio keyboard has stopped working. Ipad gives me an error message: "accessory not supported on device".

Check that the iPad contacts and the keyboard contacts are all clear of debris or gunk, restart the iPad, and try again.


If that fails, use the Get Support link in the upper right of this webpage, and discuss your options with Apple.
